A-Frame behind Belleayre
Here we had an A-Frame behind Belleayre Ski Resort with tri-tab roofing that was over 40 years old. The roof even had the original lightning arrestors from way back then! The only thing that saved the roof this long, considering our brutal winters here in the Catkills, is the fact that the house is nestled in woodlands without much sun exposure. We replaced the roof with new GAF architectural shingles.
